What we are about

The Cork Humanists was launched in November of 2011 by the co-founders Annie Hoey and Aaron Keohane. You can view a video of the inaugural meeting on our youtube channel.

For a more a more detailed description of the vision and aims of the Cork Humanists, you might like to check out our manifesto.

At the moment the Cork Humanists is run on quite an informal basis with members helping out with the the running of things if and when they want. We do have a set committee and so have not had an Annual General Meeting or elections to date. However, one day we might want to and if that day comes a constitution might come in handy, luckily we've got one pre-prepared and it can be found here.

If you have further queries you might like to check out our Frequently Asked Questions section.
